After nearly 30 years of barbecue fascination and education, we couldn’t be more thrilled to share our “patio passion” with you. Our sauce and rub recipes are original, ever-changing over the years to what we’re proud to serve you today.
Our meats are smoked “loooow and sloooow” over hickory and apple woods for unrivaled tenderness kissed with the love of ’cue. Our signature steaks will delight those who enjoy a little something different. Our homemade soups, side dishes, dressings and desserts were developed from some of the very best recipes shared by our family and friends.
This adventure has truly been a labor of love, achieved with the help of some very special folk who were often willing to work only for food just to help bring this homegrown concept to “The Friendly City” of Lebanon, Indiana (either that or the food’s just that good).
